(CLOSED) Overseas Travel Awards (OTA)

Candidate for overseas travel awards must fulfill the following criteria: (1) qualify as an early career researcher at a PhD, postdoctoral or physician resident level, (2) from an overseas country (evidence of either the residence or departing country must be provided); and must Submit an Abstract(s) for oral or poster presentation; and well declare in the application form that she/he wishes to be considered as an overseas travel award candidate.

＊OTA awardess will be granted with a certificate, USD$500, and cordially invited to Gala Dinner hosted on Oct. 8 and Workshop & Tour on Oct. 9.

＊Deadline for Overseas Travel Award Application:  July 07, 2019

＊Award Announcement: no later than July 15, 2019

Best Poster Awards

Poster presenters are requested to be present in English at their designated poster board(s) during poster sessions to answer questions. Poster judges will come to the position, depending on session schedule, and authors must be available for protracted discussions.

＊Best Poster Awardees will be granted with a certificate and USD$ 200.

＊Award Announcement: Award Ceremony on Oct. 8, 2019
