FAQ

1. Is registration free for students? 

Registration fee waivers are (1) keynote speakers, (2) moderator/session chair/co-chair, (3) OTA awardees, (4) session speaker, (5) China Medical University and CMUH affiliation (中國醫藥大學體系人員). However, reduced rate is applied to (1) poster presenters including 5-min poster Blitz presenters, (2) students, (3) TSNPR members 台灣營養精神醫學研究學會會員, and (4) members of co-organizers.

2. How do I get an invitation letter so that I can apply for a visa?

Due to varying processes and requirements, we recommend attendees apply for a visitor visa instead. For more details, the Taiwan visa application process is available here: https://www.boca.gov.tw/np-137-2.html.

3. How I will present my paper/poster?

Presentations can vary depending on whether your abstract is accepted or invited. For detailed information, please refer to the presentation guidelines provided by the conference (more info...).

4. Do I need to submit my presentation material before the conference?

Yes, all invited speakers and selected presentation must submit the presentation materials in advance. Symposium secretariat will send the link to submit the files through email. Presentation files must be aligned with the presentation guidelines according to type of presentation  (more info...).

5. What is the 5-min Poster Presentation type?

A 5-minute poster blitz presentation is a brief, fast-paced format where presenters have only 5 minutes to summarize their poster research (more info...)

6. Will I receive the payment receipt after completing registration?

A printed receipt for your registration payment will be provided after you complete in-person registration.
