Presentation Guidelines

To present at the conference, presenters are kindly requested to follow the presentation formats and guidelines below. Please carefully review the requirements for your assigned presentation type before preparing your materials.

Poster Presentation

  • File Format: PDF
  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Recommended Poster Size: 90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H)
  • Language: English
  • The poster may be freely designed by the presenter. The provided template is for reference only and is not mandatory.

Physical Poster Session

Venue: B2 Corridor, Excellence Building, Shui-Nan Campus, China Medical University

Mounting Time: November 14, 08:30–10:00

Presentation & Judging Time: November 14, 12:00–13:00

The presenting author is requested to be present in front of the poster during this period. Poster judges will conduct on-site evaluations during the designated presentation and judging period.

Removal Time: November 15, 15:00–17:00

Posters must be removed during the designated removal period. Any posters remaining after the removal deadline will be disposed of without further notice.

Poster Format Requirements

Poster Board Dimensions: 100 cm (W) × 200 cm (H)

Maximum Poster Size: 90 cm (W) × 120 cm (H)

Language: English

Mounting Materials: Adhesive tape will be provided on-site.

The use of liquid glue, thumbtacks, or staples is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the poster boards.

The use of fabric or cloth materials is strongly discouraged, as standard adhesive tape may not securely hold their weight on the display boards.

A minimum font size of 20 pt is recommended for the main text. Larger font sizes should be used for headings and titles.

Please include the paper title, authors' names, and affiliations at the top of the poster.

Presenters may consider providing a one-page printed abstract, QR code, or relevant link for participants who would like to obtain additional information.

5-Minute Poster Blitz Presentation

  • The 5-Minute Poster Blitz consists of a five-minute oral presentation accompanied by a physical poster.
  • The physical poster should follow the specifications stated in the Poster Presentation Guidelines above.

  • The poster may be freely designed by the presenter. The provided template is for reference only and is not mandatory.

Presentation Notice
  • Presenters are requested to complete their presentation within the allocated 5-minute time limit.
  • Session Location: Conference Hall, B2 Floor, Excellence Building, China Medical University
  • Please upload the final version of your presentation slide to the laptop provided in the session room before your presentation.
  • If you plan to use Apple Keynote on your own MacBook, please inform the Secretariat Office (Room B201) upon arrival. Please bring your own adapter and prepare a PDF backup copy of your presentation.
  • Presenters are requested to review their presentation files on the computer provided in the session room at least 2 hours before their scheduled presentation time or during the designated break time.
  • To minimize the risk of technical issues, we strongly recommend using the computer provided by the conference.
  • Personal devices are not permitted for presentations, except for presenters who have made prior arrangements with the Secretariat Office to use their own MacBook.
  • To ensure the program runs smoothly, presenters are requested to strictly adhere to the allocated 5-minute presentation time.

  • Orientation: Landscape
  • Please prepare your slides according to the allocated presentation time.
  • Presenters are expected to strictly adhere to the assigned presentation and discussion time.
Presentation Notice
  • Please upload the final version of your presentation to the laptop provided in the session room before your presentation.
  • If you plan to use Apple Keynote on your own MacBook, please contact the Secretariat Office in advance and bring your own adapter.
  • A PDF backup copy of your presentation is recommended in case of technical issues.
