退費機制 

1.  本研討會因故未能開課，全額退還已繳費用。
2.  報名者完成繳費後，若因個人因素無法出席，依下列標準辦理退費（退款衍生之銀行匯款手續費由申請人自行負擔）：

• 2026 年 10 月 11 日（含）前提出申請者： 退還已繳費用總額之 70%。
• 2026 年 10 月 12 日（含）起至活動當日提出申請者：恕不予退費。

Cancellation and Refund Policy 

1. If the symposium is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
2. If a registrant cannot attend due to personal reasons, refunds will be handled according to the following policy (any bank remittance or transaction fees will be borne by the applicant):

• Requests submitted on or before October 11, 2026: A 70% refund of the total registration fee will be issued.

• Requests submitted on or after October 12, 2026 (or event day): Non-refundable.
