Call for Session

The MBI Scientific Committee (SC) invites you to contribute by submitting a proposal for a thematic session or educational worskhops in applied and translational neuroscience. Proposals should follow the submission guideline. 

 

Thematic Symposia Proposal

In a symposia, 3-4 speakers present on a specific topic with their most recent data. Your proposal should include

  • An intriguing session title
  • 3-4 presentation titles and speakers
  • A session summary (max. 250 words)
  • Optionally, a session chair (or moderator)

 

Educational Workshop Proposal

The workshop session focus on an interactive dialogue between participants and the presenters, providing fundamental knowledge with state-of-the-art summaries, with emphasis on new information relevant for clinical research or practice. Your proposal should include

  • An intriguing session title
  • 4-5 lecture titles and speakers
  • A session summary (max. 250 words)
  • Optionally, a session chair (or moderator)

 

Important Dates

  • Deadline for session summary is April 15, 2023
  • Results will be released and sent by email no later than April 30, 2023 
  • Deadline for full session submission with individual abstract from proposed presenters is Jun. 15, 2023
