▲Complimentary rate is for  (1) poster presenters including 5-min poster Blitz presenters, (2) students, (3) TSNPR members 台灣營養精神醫學研究學會會員, and (4) members of co-organizers(台灣基礎神經科學學會).

▲Registration fee waivers are (1) keynote speakers, (2)moderator/session chair/co-chair, (3) awardees, (4) oral presenter/speaker, (5) CMU and CMUH affiliation(中國醫藥大學體系).

Confirmation of Registration

Registration is complete only when full payment is received with confirmation. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations have to be made in writing form only. In the case of cancellation 60 days before the conference, 90% of the fee will be refund; and 30 days before the conference, 50% of the fee will be refund. Thereafter no refund will be made. 

Acompanying Preson(s)

An accompanying person is a spouse, partner, or adult child. Tickets for Gala Dinner can be purchased in advance, which is strongly recommended.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for any losses, accidents, or damages, irrespective of which cause. For attendees and accompanying persons taking part in the symposium, the participation in the events are at their own risk. Medical, accident and other necessary insurance are recommended when travelling overseas.
